Big GrinSomething to laugh: my favorite comic strip of the weekabout communication

There is so much truth in this comic strip from PC & Pixel, if you think about it. Do new communication tools really always improve our communication ? Sometimes I believe we prefer to communicate with face-less people far away instead of with the one next to us. OK: cats are no people – are they ?

I guess they are, at least Garfield:

Cool Something to discover: my favorite bookmark of the weekabout Star Wars

Here is the low-bandwidth quick version of Star Wars Episode IV: Star Asciimation Wars. Unfortunately it is not complete yet, the movie ends with the beginning of the rescue mission for princess Leia in the Death Star. Anyway, well done, and hopefully continued some time later.

Something to enjoy: my favorite photo  on flickr under a Common Creative licenseabout a beautiful path

The Lonely but Beautiful Path
"The Lonely but Beautiful Path" by Stuck in Customs.

Trey Ratcliff aka “Stuck in Customs” is always good not only for great shots but also for great titles he provides to his photos and great comments. This one – “The Lonely but Beautiful Path” – not only is a wonderful photo, it is one with food for thoughts letting your mind travel away from your all-day routine …

In the lengthy comment Trey describes what being alone and taking photos mean to him – traveling into his own zen-like peaceful world.
